Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If there is any issue at all with your order, please contact us directly at hellonovelbites@gmail.com.  We'll be happy to make it right for you.

Custom Orders

Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due at delivery or shipment.

Orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance. Orders placed with less than 7 days notice are subject to a rush fee.

Orders canceled within 72 hours of the event date are still subject to the full payment.
